Conclusion
The self-guided, app-supported format has already proven itself in the short time since its launch as a supplement to the existing tournament landscape and has met with a very positive response from participants to date (average recommendation rate of 93%). Our intention is to further develop this format together with Swisstennis and certain regional associations in order to be able to offer the tennis community even more flexible playing opportunities in the future.
An important point here is an adaptation of the Swisstennis tournament regulations, which in their current form are geared towards the conventional tournament format and less towards the self-organized, app-supported format.
Thanks to digitalization, new experience marketing opportunities are opening up, as our successful collaboration with Beliani and Schulthess Klinik (Zurich) shows.
