BTLS24 is the first self-guided, app-supported tennis tournament for licensed and non-licensed players in the region
Key points
- Played in groups of 5, i.e. min. 4 matches in the qualification -
- Flexible, individual appointments via the TennisMatch app
- 2 mixed leagues (A + B league) with groups of 5
- The number of participants is limited to 50 per league.
- Tournament duration: mid-late April 2024 - early July 2024
Advantages of the tournament
- Four exciting matches in the qualifiers and more matches in the finals
- Individual and flexible appointment scheduling via the app
- easy to plan, as matches are short (match duration limited to 60 minutes)
- Discounted court rental at the Milandia Tennis Center and other centers at limited times (see here)
Prerequisite for participation
You are eligible to participate if you
- have more than a "Beginner 1" level of play (e.g. groundstrokes, service, volleys etc.)
- have the necessary regulatory knowledge
- are readily available in February - April and
- are at least 18 years old.
Prices
- The league finalists will receive vouchers from Beliani worth CHF 50.
The Bern Tennis League Region
The Bern Tennis League region comprises the Bern, Thun and Burgdorf regions. Matches should be played in the tennis centers located there. The most important centers are described in more detail below.
Entry fee
- CHF 39.–
- Court rental and balls are not included in this price
- Payment to: UBS IBAN xxx - to be paid before the first match. No invoices will be sent!
Dates & Deadlines
- Registration deadline: April 21, 18:00 - (After that, late registrations are possible if groups of 5 can be completed)
- Qualification: April 29 - June 9, 2024 (6 weeks)
- Play Offs: June 10 - June 30, 2024 (3 weeks)
- Finals: July 6 (Kehrsatz Sports Center)
Locations
The matches take place at the Kehrsatz Tennis Center and additional tennis centers in the Bern region. There is a discount of up to 50% on the hall rental fee for participants at the centers.

About the TennisMatch app
Chat with your opponent and make an appointment with him/her. After the match, enter the result in the TennisMatch app.
After you have registered for the tournament, we will send you a link to register. As soon as everyone in your group has the app, you can start using the app operationally and making appointments
