Solothurn/Olten Winter Trophy 2024/25
(kurz: SO-WT24/25)
Description
Advantages
- You play min. 3, max. 5 ranking-relevant matches
- You benefit from a favorable entry fee
- You can arrange your appointments flexibly via the TennisMatch app
How does it work?
In the qualification phase, you play in self-organized groups of 4, i.e. you have 8 weeks to play 3 ranking-relevant matches. If a player can only play twice in the group phase and does not make it to the main round, we will try to organize a ranking match against a player of equal strength.
The finalists in each category then play against each other in the final. The tournament regulations are the invitation to tender, the TennisMatch regulations and the Swisstennis tournament regulations.
Game mode
- Two winning sets are played; the 3rd set is a match tiebreak (10).
- "No Ad", i.e. in the case of a deuce, the next ball decides who wins the game. The returner decides which side to serve on.
- The maximum play-in time is 10 minutes
Zur Anwendung kommt das Swiss Tennis Turnier-Reglement (TUR) und ergänzend das TennisMatch Reglement. Zudem gelten die ITF Regeln für Spiel ohne Schiedsrichter.

About the TennisMatch app
Chat with your opponent and make an appointment with him/her. After the match, enter the result in the TennisMatch app.
After the draw, the "host" receives an invitation on the app to organize the match. At the same time, the guest receives a message that the host will approach them. The prerequisite is, of course, that both have the TennisMatch app installed. You can find it under the keyword "Tennis Match" in the respective iOS and Android app stores.
